According to Region Skåne, the man has life-threatening injuries while the younger person is being treated for serious injuries.
The police were called to the emergency room in Lund at 3 p.m. in the afternoon where two men had sought treatment for injuries caused by some form of sharp object.
We are on site at the hospital and are trying to get a picture of what happened and have initially been able to speak to at least one of them, says police spokesperson Patric Fors.
According to the police, the two injured people were driven to the hospital by a private individual.
A suspected crime scene has been cordoned off.
