It was in November last year that an injured, bleeding man sought help at a pizzeria at Kattarpstorget in Malmö. The man, who was in his 20s, had been shot outside the restaurant and later died of his injuries.
"Everything suggests that it was a pure execution and there are circumstances that suggest that the murder victim was not the actual target", says the magistrate Sara-Emelie Savert in a press release.
The 22-year-old has admitted to bringing the murder weapon to Malmö, but denies being the one who shot and claims instead that he left the weapon to an unknown person before the murder.
"In several parts, it is clear that it is about subsequent constructions", writes Malmö District Court in a press release.
There have been other people involved who have given instructions to the 22-year-old, the court writes further.
