The Houthis "fired four missiles at commercial ships unloading at the port, and two ships are on fire," authorities said.
Two members of the security forces are among the casualties.
Meanwhile, Houthi-controlled media report that the group has attacked one of the Saudi oil company Aramco's facilities in Najran in the southwest. Another facility was reportedly attacked in Jizan the day before.
The Houthis' threats and attacks on ships and Saudi oil facilities are taking place in parallel with Iran's blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
