The warning is valid from Sunday at 9 p.m. to Monday at 11 p.m. in an area that extends over ski resorts such as Åre, Duved, Storlien and Funäsdalen, where many visitors are during the current sports holiday.
"Cancel your mountain trip if you are not used to the mountains," SMHI writes on its website.
