Former Yeezy employee Lauren Pisciotta sued Ye for sexual harassment and breach of contract as early as June 2024. Now she has stepped up the legal battle with more allegations.
According to Pisciotta, Ye should have forced her to oral sex without consent and committed numerous sexual assaults. She also accuses him of stalking, which should have taken place after the lawsuit last year.
According to the lawsuit, Kanye West is accused of sex trafficking after luring Pisciotta with false promises of career opportunities in exchange for sexual services. If she did not follow his wishes, she was threatened with humiliation, harassment, dismissal and violence.
The lawsuit application also paints a disturbing picture of the work environment and culture at the Yeezy office, and claims that Ye verbally abused Pisciotta, often used "derogatory, anti-Semitic slurs" and "demanded that assistants and other employees draw swastikas in the workplace."
When Pisciotta first sued Ye in 2024, his lawyers responded that she had offered him sex on his birthday (which he declined) and sent unsolicited nude photos, and that she used sexual blackmail to demand money, Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and plastic surgery, reported Hollywood reporter.
Ye's representatives have not yet commented on the latest allegations in Pisciotta's updated lawsuit.
