Yasin's 2025 concert season was cancelled after organisers and police halted all shows due to security threats. But in July, Yasin appeared on stage at the Slottsfjell Festival in Norway. He has now signed a deal with Atlantic Records, which released his latest single, "Matadoren."

In a press release, the record label giant writes that Yasin is "one of the most influential voices from the Nordic scene" and that he, "as an independent artist, has accumulated over 2 billion streams, which corresponds to 55 platinum and gold certifications throughout his career."

Atlantic Records further writes that "Yasin is more than just an artist; he has become a cultural voice."
