Sabalenka was one of the clear favorites to win the major tournament in Paris, something she had never done before.
The 28-year-old also led in the quarterfinals before collapsing and losing 1–2 in sets, 6–3, 5–7, 0–6.
"No thoughts, no feelings. I just want to stop playing tennis right now," she says and continues:
"We'll see in a few days. Hopefully I'll be back mentally then," she says.
When asked how she will get back up, she replies:
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
