Stomach flu stops men's tennis world number one Jannik Sinner from playing in the major tournament Paris Masters, which starts this week.
"I came here very early to prepare myself, but then I felt sick. It will pass in the next few days, so physically I'm not ready to play", says the Italian according to the organizer.
Earlier, defending champion and world number four Novak Djokovic has withdrawn from the tournament.
Sinner just beat Djokovic in the final of the ATP tour's latest Master tournament in Shanghai at the beginning of October.
