Musiala and his sister escaped unharmed from the accident, which occurred in April 2025 on a motorway in Germany, according to the DPA news agency.
"Of course I take responsibility. I am very grateful that no one was seriously injured due to my inattention," the 23-year-old told German newspaper Bild.
The two injured people suffered concussions and minor injuries.
According to the prosecution, Musiala was driving 194 kilometers per hour at the time of the crash. The speed limit was 120 kilometers per hour.
The Bayern Munich midfielder has scored eight goals in 40 international appearances for Germany and is expected to be a key player during this summer's World Cup.
