Football fever has spread across the country and ahead of tonight's round-of-16 match between Sweden and France, many Swedes are expected to watch the game on a big screen in central Stockholm. Among other things, 20,000 spectators are expected at Stockholm Stadium.
Now SL says metro services will be increased after tonight's match, which starts at 11:00 PM, and that maintenance work will be paused. Bus services will also be increased and several bus routes will run until 2:00 AM.
The changes to traffic will only take place overnight into Wednesday and are being seen as a special measure.
