In the European Championship group stage, Italy beat Sweden 3-0, despite Sweden pressuring the world champion in the second set.
"We watched the match against Croatia. The Swedish team is there and everyone is ready to play," says Italian star Ekaterina Antropova, referring to when Sweden came from 2-0 down to win the set 3-2 against Croatia in the group stage.
Italy beat Bulgaria 3-0 in the round of 16.
Sweden plays its round-of-16 match at 7:00 PM tonight against host nation the Czech Republic.
