On March 3, Sweden will face Italy away in the first match in the qualifiers for the 2027 World Cup in Brazil. Four days later, another away match awaits, against Serbia.
During the World Cup qualifiers that follow, in mid-April, Sweden will play two straight home matches. The qualifiers will then conclude in June.
The winner of the group secures a World Cup ticket, while the other countries later get another chance in the playoff.
