Two men who were prosecuted for rape against two women in Jönköping are acquitted of the allegations – but one of them is convicted of filming the sexual acts, reports P4 Jönköping.
The women are considered credible, but since their fingerprints were found on the condom packaging in the apartment where the crimes allegedly took place, it suggests that there was consent to sex, according to the district court.
The men, who are between 25-30 years old, have denied the crimes. The man who is convicted of filming the sexual acts is sentenced to 26,400 kronor in fines and 15,000 kronor each in damages.
