The case came to light when the neighbor of a woman who had been secretly filmed saw on his surveillance camera a man standing in the woman's garden and masturbating while filming her through a window.
When he was arrested, police found additional videos. He is now charged with secretly filming eleven women in Ystad and Stockholm between 2023 and 2025.
Many of the women who were filmed have not been identified. This includes women who were secretly filmed in the shower at a hostel in Stockholm and women who were filmed through a drilled hole in a portable toilet in Ystad.
The man is charged with aggravated domestic violence, sexual assault and offensive photography. He has admitted to certain circumstances.
