The woman handed the bombs to the boy last fall. He then placed them outside an apartment building in Uppsala. The thermos bombs, which could be linked to the criminal network Foxtrot, never detonated.
The 25-year-old woman is convicted of a felony violation of the Flammable and Explosives Act, a felony drug offense, and for involving a minor in criminal activity.
Two more women charged with handling the bombs are acquitted of those charges. However, one of them is sentenced to seven years in prison for a particularly serious drug offense. The other is sentenced to probation for a drug offense.
