A 35-year-old woman who has confessed to murdering a 70-year-old woman in Vadstena in October suffers from a serious mental disorder, according to a forensic psychiatric report.

The report from the National Board of Forensic Medicine also shows that she suffered from a serious mental disorder at the time of the crime.

It was at the end of October that the 70-year-old woman, who according to Corren is a relative of the suspect, was found dead in a residence in Vadstena. The police were alerted to the scene along with an ambulance following a suspected heart stop.

The now suspected woman was arrested on the spot and was later detained. The woman, who was previously unconvicted, confessed to the murder early on.
