The 20-year-old woman is one of two who Marius Borg Høiby is accused of having raped.

The police identify this as a rape without intercourse. However, she herself does not feel that she was raped by Marius Borg Høiby, says the woman's defense attorney Gunhild Vehusheia, to VG.

The Crown Princess's son was given a restraining order against the woman – which the woman herself wants to have lifted.

I have, on her behalf, asked the prosecution to reconsider the restraining order. It was imposed in the public interest and not at her request. She wants the order to be lifted, says Vehusheia.

It was the police who filed the two rape reports after video material was discovered on Høiby's previously seized mobile phone. Marius Borg Høiby himself denies any wrongdoing in both cases.

According to the 20-year-old woman, she and Borg Høiby had an intimate relationship, and she had consented to being filmed.

Neither Høiby's defense attorney nor the Oslo police district wanted to comment on the matter on Wednesday evening, writes VG.

There has been a storm surrounding Marius Borg Høiby since he was arrested in August, suspected of assaulting a woman he had a relationship with. He has since been accused of, among other things, several cases of violence in close relationships and of having threatened to kill a man during a phone call.
