A 39-year-old woman is detained for aggravated rape against another woman. A man is also suspected of the assault, reports Sydsvenskan.
He denies the allegations categorically, says the man's lawyer Rebecca Sofiadotter Lepic to the newspaper.
Both will be brought before a detention judge on Friday. It is currently unclear how the woman views the crime suspicion.
The suspected rape occurred in an apartment in Malmö on Tuesday night.
The case is unusual since a woman is suspected of rape. According to the Crime Prevention Council, men were suspected in 98 percent of all cases in 2022, writes Sydsvenskan.
