Six weeks' imprisonment is the sentence for a woman who sold baked goods on social media, reports P4 Norrbotten.
The woman has been selling bread, buns, and sandwiches on Facebook groups for several years. However, her business has not been registered, and the kitchen is not approved, and despite pressure and fines from the municipality, the sales have continued.
Now, the Court of Appeal for Upper Norrland has sentenced the woman to six weeks' imprisonment. Attorney Frida Larsson says that her client is devastated.
She does not share the assessment that what she did warrants imprisonment and she cannot understand how she would cope with serving a prison sentence.
