The Court of Appeal's verdict concerns rapes against two boys in 2022 and 2023. The boys, whom the woman allegedly came into contact with through her own children, were then 14 years old.
She is said to have given one of the boys a pair of headphones shortly before the intercourse and offered the other boy alcohol. The circumstances strongly suggest, according to the court, that there was no "full consent and reciprocity" on the part of the boys.
The woman is now convicted of two counts of child rape and unlawful threats against one of the boys, announces the Court of Appeal for Skåne and Blekinge.
In the district court, the woman was acquitted of the rape charges and instead convicted of two counts of sexual exploitation of children and unlawful threats, sentenced to one year in prison.
Like the district court, the Court of Appeal acquits the woman of rape against a third boy.
