At the time, the prosecutor told SVT that it had been determined that no crime was behind the death in April. But now the woman has admitted that she caused the elderly woman's death and given an explanation for what happened, prosecutor Malin Niklasson told Blekinge Läns Tidning.
On Friday, she was re-arrested as a suspect in murder.
During the detention hearing, she denied murder, but admitted causing the death of another person, local media reports.
The prosecutor has been informed by the Swedish Board of Forensic Medicine that the woman's explanation for how it happened may be correct.
