The woman had appealed the repayment order, but the administrative court ruled in favor of the unemployment insurance fund.
The judgment shows that the woman had a part-time job during periods when she reported to the unemployment insurance fund that she was looking for work or completely unemployed. She has also had other jobs where the time reporting was found to be inadequate.
According to the court, the unemployment insurance fund partly contributed to the money being paid out incorrectly, but this has already been taken into account in the repayment order.
The judgment can be appealed to the Court of Appeal.
