The girl was found dead during the search operation carried out by the police together with the Coast Guard on Thursday evening.
They started from the area where the sunken recreational boat was found, says police spokesman Adam Isaksson Samara.
The woman was found during the day on Wednesday.
The police searched together with, among others, the rescue service and in connection with that we found the recreational boat and the body of the missing woman, police spokesperson Tamara Fuentes said earlier on Thursday.
Collision with merchant ship
The accident occurred when a pleasure boat with four people on board, two adults and two young children, is believed to have collided with a 90-metre merchant ship late Tuesday evening.
The man and one of the children were found after a rescue operation on Tuesday and taken to hospital with serious injuries.
On Thursday afternoon, Sahlgrenska University Hospital's press service told TT that the child is being treated for serious injuries, but that the condition is stable. The man's condition is stable.
The merchant ship remains under seizure, but the forensic examination of it has been completed. The criminal investigation is ongoing and a number of different measures have been taken.
This includes holding new interrogations of people who have been involved in various ways, says Tamara Fuentes.
Material in fittings
The police are also in the process of analysing material that has been seized. At present, no one is suspected of a crime in the case.
The police do not want to comment on whether the picture of the sequence of events has become clearer as a result of the recreational boat being found.
The Swedish Accident Investigation Board has decided to investigate the incident.

Search aborted
The first alarm about the incident came at 10:04 p.m. on Tuesday evening, according to GP's mapping. Ten minutes later, the man and one child were found. The search operation then continued until just after 2 a.m., when it was paused due to, among other things, severe weather conditions. The search resumed at 7:06 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
The personnel on the ship suspected of having been involved in the accident reportedly did not notice any collision, the owner of the shipping company, Misje Rederi, told TT.
