The act could have led to the death of the injured party. We assess it as a suspected attempted murder considering the consequences, she says.
The incident is said to have occurred indoors during the Tuesday afternoon and the two individuals have known each other previously.
The police are now conducting a technical investigation of the cordoned-off area and have taken several investigative measures, such as interviews and a body examination of the woman.
The police cannot say anything more about the relationship between the injured party and the suspect, but emphasize that it is an isolated incident.
