A woman has died after being hit by a truck in Vingåker on Wednesday, the police said on their website.
The police are classifying the incident as manslaughter in order to investigate the accident.
No one has been informed of any suspicion of a crime.
The alarm was received just before 12 noon and the woman was taken by ambulance to hospital, but her life could not be saved.
