Between June and October last year, the woman allegedly sent messages, Swish requests and registered letters to the singer, who described the actions as "offensive, intrusive and invasive," according to the preliminary investigation report.
The woman also sent a mobile phone, which Tobias Forge handed over to the police.
Over the years, he has been targeted by about a dozen stalkers, but none have gone as far as this woman, Forge says in a police interview.
"I don't want to make her life worse. I just want her to leave me alone and not hurt anyone else," he says.
