The woman who, according to the indictment, was raped by Marius Borg Høiby believes she was drugged. "I believe it one hundred percent," the woman says in court.

Day two of the trial against Marius Borg Høiby began with further testimony from the woman suspected of having been raped by Høiby at the Crown Prince Couple's estate Skaugum in 2018.

In court, the audio recording from the police interrogation was played as the woman - clearly shocked - saw Høiby's videos from the incident for the first time.

"I see that I'm completely unconscious, it doesn't look like I'm even breathing. I've never seen myself like this before," she says.

The woman points out that she sees it as a "real betrayal" and "a shock."

"How dare he pick up his phone, take pictures and videos of me. How does he know I won't wake up?" she asks.

"I never would have believed it. He promised me he hadn't touched me."

The woman also says in court that she has never before lost consciousness like she did the night at Skaugum. She states that she may have "taken something" without being aware of it, to which the prosecutor asks if she believes she was drugged.

"Yes, I think so one hundred percent," she replies.

The information that women were drugged is not included in the indictment, so Høiby is not formally suspected of it at this time. The defense's line is that the women in the case had sex with him voluntarily.

Høiby has admitted to some of the charges. However, he denies the most serious charges of rape and intimate partner violence.
