The woman was convicted of incitement to ethnic group and gross defamation following posts on social media about a Mayflower salesperson. She is now acquitted in the Court of Appeal of gross defamation, reports P4 Kristianstad. The District Court judgment on incitement to ethnic group remains.
It was in April 2023 that the 60-year-old woman wrote a grossly racist comment about Mayflower salesperson Muraf Hamid on the X platform. The woman will not have to pay damages to the boy.
