When a wolf was shot dead in Malmö last week, the police stated that the wolf had bitten a dog. The information came from the public via the police, but there is nothing to suggest that it actually happened, reports P4 Malmöhus.
We take the caller's information as fact, simply, says the police's press spokesperson Leif Fransson to the channel.
The animal hospital Evidensia has not received any dog with wolf bite, and the county administrative board has not come into contact with any dog owner whose dog has been injured by a wolf.
