In response to the outbreak, the crew reportedly stepped up cleaning aboard the ship, isolated passengers who fell ill and collected stool samples from them for testing.
The ship, which has just over 3,000 passengers, is currently in the northwest Atlantic and is expected to reach Port Canaveral in Florida on Monday. The cruise's final destination is the Dominican Republic.
