On May 21, the American late-night show "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" will air its final episode. The host himself revealed this during a visit to competitor Seth Meyers on "Late Night," writes Deadline.
"It feels real now. I'm not entirely happy with it," Colbert said.
Colbert said he loves doing the show - and the people he works with even more.
The CBS network has previously announced that it will not continue "The Late Show" after Colbert leaves.
The announcement of the closure came after Colbert called CBS's settlement with Donald Trump "a big fat bribe." A month after the settlement, Skydance was able to buy Paramount, the parent company of CBS, a deal that required the approval of the Trump administration.
