Five popular farmers from previous "Farmer Seeks Wife" seasons are getting a chance to find love on TV4 again.
In the new programme "Farmer Seeks Wife – Second Summer", the public will once again have the opportunity to send letters to their favourite farmers and maybe even get the chance to date them.
In a press release, presenter Linda Lindorff says that a number of farmers from previous seasons have become big viewer favourites.
"In many cases, it has led to lifelong love, but there are some who are still looking for the right one. That's why we're now giving five viewer favourites a new chance to find love on TV again," she says.
The participating farmers are forestry farmer Per Solberg from Vimmerby, meat and forestry farmer Sven-Arne Eriksson from Ockelbo, horse farmer Sigrid Bergåkra from Sörömåsen, and olive farmer Dino Choreftis from Rhodes.
Viewers also have the opportunity to write letters to Ellinor Eke Göransson from Linköping, who was a letter writer to one of the farmers in a previous season. Her love story came to an abrupt end and, according to TV4, has engaged many viewers who wish her love again.
"Farmer Seeks Wife – Second Summer" premieres in spring 2025.
