The Football Association of Wales earlier on Monday became the first nation to withdraw its support for the re-election of Infantino.
"Not putting football first is a failure we cannot accept," the Football Association of Wales wrote in a statement, according to Sky News.
Wales had previously backed Infantino for re-election for a new term, 2027-2031.
"The significant failures in leadership, transparency, communication and good judgment have led the Football Association of Wales to lose confidence in Gianni Infantino and his approach to leading world football," Wales continued in the statement.
After the heavy criticism, the International Football Federation (FIFA) withdrew the proposal to sell shares in, among other things, the World Cup to private investors.
