Vuvuzelas - a long plastic horn that in previous tests reached up to 130 decibels - are not allowed in World Cup stadiums in the United States, Canada and Mexico, Reuters reports.
The horn, which became popular during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, is on the list of prohibited items, along with devices that create loud noises. Also banned are instruments that emit laser beams. In addition, it is now clear that neither body paint nor tattoos are considered clothing, and spectators are not allowed to "streak", "flash" or remove clothing to reveal intimate body parts.
The World Cup will be held from June 11 to July 19. Sweden will start its campaign against Tunisia on June 15.
