Voter turnout in this year’s election surpasses 2022 level

According to the preliminary vote count, voter turnout is 84.3 percent, with six districts still to be counted. In 2022, voter turnout was 84.2 percent.

Right now there is a higher voter turnout than in 2022, and the count is not yet complete, so it will increase a little more, says Jenny Stad, press officer at the Swedish Election Authority, to TV4 Nyheterna.
