After a 4–1 win against Hudiksvall and a 3–1 series victory in the final, Gotland will have representation in HockeyAllsvenskan next season.
This is the first time the club will play in the second-highest league.
Hockey fans on Gotland can look forward to visits from, among others, multiple-time Swedish champions Leksand.
