The man is also convicted of an attempted murder, preparation for murder, two serious weapons offenses and a narcotics offense. All the crimes have been committed in a network environment during the years 2022 and 2023.

The 29-year-old has been serving a prison sentence of 18 years for serious narcotics offenses and aiding and abetting an attempted murder since last year. That sentence is now converted to a life sentence instead.

Prosecutor Ida Arnell has described the man as "a coordinator for violent crimes high up in the chain" who is closely linked to the Foxtrot network. Under the alias "Ghost" and "Ghost Worldwide", the man from abroad has organized and controlled Foxtrot's "perpetrators" in Sweden to commit serious crimes, according to Arnell.

The fatal shooting in Skogås in January 2023 is linked to the conflict between Foxtrot and the Dalen network and was, according to the investigation, a revenge for the 15-year-old having shot at a residential building where a relative of Foxtrot leader Rawa Majid lived.

The shooter in Skogås, also 15 years old, followed instructions he received in chats. There, the 29-year-old was a driving person and was in direct contact with the person who gave the final order to enter the restaurant and kill the 15-year-old during the planning.
