Årsjö was a full 2.13 seconds ahead of second place Aurélie Richard, France, and 4.07 ahead of third place Chinese Zhu Wenjing.
I was a little nervous. I've had a stomach ache, so I felt very weak and not so strong. It wasn't the best first run, but I made up for it a little in the second. I'm just glad this day is over, says Årsjö, who has already been selected for the Paralympics in Italy in March.
The competitions continue in Switzerland with giant slalom also on Saturday and then slalom on Sunday.
