Max Verstappen continues to dominate in Formula 1.
The 26-year-old won the Spanish GP, in superior style.
Thus, he has won six of the ten events this season.
The Dutchman has long been superior in Formula 1. However, since the Miami GP in early May, the gap between the Red Bull driver and the rest of the field has decreased. The 26-year-old has "only" won three of the last five races, and the gap between the top positions is slowly decreasing.
One of the main competitors to the Dutchman is McLaren driver Lando Norris, and ahead of the Spanish GP in Barcelona, it was he who started at the front, and Verstappen had to settle for second place on the grid.
However, both were overtaken by Mercedes driver George Russell, who in the first turn overtook both and took the lead.
Verstappen would, however, flex his muscles again, and already on the third lap, the Dutchman was back in first place, where he comfortably stayed for the rest of the race.
Second was Lando Norris, more than two seconds behind Verstappen, and third was Lewis Hamilton.
The win means that Verstappen has now won six of the year's ten events, and thus increases his lead in the overall standings. New second is Lando Norris, who passes Charles Leclerc.
