In the final scene of the second season, the president collapsed. Now he is dead and Vice President Penn (Allison Janney) takes over. London Ambassador Kate (Keri Russell) and her husband Hal (Rufus Sewell) are aware of her dark secret and their lives are turned upside down due to one of the new president's first decisions in her new role.

As a nod to all fans of political dramas, the president's husband is played by Bradley Whitford, Allison "CJ" Janney's counterpart - Josh Lyman - in the classic series "The White House".

Serial killer John Wayne Gacy killed over 30 people in the 1970s in the USA. This miniseries will not glorify the perpetrator but focuses on the victims and their relatives. Michael Chernus plays the lead role.

Harlan Coben is the king of crime series right now - eleven of them exist, just on Netflix. In this Coben series, Joel (Sam Claflin) tries to investigate whether his father's (Billy Nighy) suicide is connected to his sister's death 25 years earlier. This leads to several other cold cases.
