After the local Sweden Democrats elected two former Nazis to positions of trust, they were expelled from the SD's national organization but remained in the municipal council.
The municipal council's decision to withhold party funding of SEK 160,000 from the SD in Klippan for 2025 was appealed to the Administrative Court, which has now ruled that it was neither illegal nor intended to disadvantage the SD, reports P4 Kristianstad.
Local SD chairwoman Elena Kurenkova told the radio station that the decision will be appealed to the Court of Appeal.
