Construction on the Forsmark nuclear power plant site should be completed in just over three years and create 600 full-time jobs, according to Vattenfall.
The construction contract has been awarded to Byggpartner, which will soon begin work.
According to Vattenfall, the work involves replacing existing office and training premises that it describes as scattered, technically outdated and energy-intensive.
