The purchase gives Vattenfall 178 existing ultra-fast charging points and 254 planned charging stations, according to Vattenfall.
“The acquisition will significantly increase Vattenfall's offering of ultra-fast chargers in key metropolitan areas, including Stockholm and Malmö,” Vattenfall writes.
Prior to the purchase, Vattenfall Incharge had more than 48,500 charging stations in Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany, of which 7,500 charging stations are in Sweden.
No price tag is stated in the press release.
