Västtrafik's website and app are working again, after being down since 8 am on Wednesday morning.
It's resolved now, both the website and app have been working for a while. We still don't have more information about the reason, we have been working full-time to troubleshoot and resolve the problem so that travelers are affected as little as possible, says Alice Roman Dadisho, press communicator at Västtrafik.
There is no established intrusion or targeted overload, she adds.
This is something we will need to investigate before we can say what it may have depended on.
