It's harder than getting to the championships, says Kamga, who is very pleased with her result in the competition in Brussels - 62.53 metres.
I've been sick on and off since the European Championships and in the end it got worse with a serious ear infection. I got the OK to compete and have been resting until the competition. I didn't know how it would feel.
She says she is very proud of what she managed to throw considering the illness. She also beat her season average of 62.20.
