After just one point from five league matches and a goal difference of minus nine, the La Liga club has decided to act decisively.
Sports director Ron Gourlay has been forced to leave his post, and at the same time the club's entire sporting organisation has been dissolved.
The coaching staff will also have to leave. Head coach Carlos Corberán and his coaching colleagues will be forced out after barely two years at the helm.
Óscar Sánchez, the club's youth coach, will take over temporarily as head coach.
Valencia says that a permanent coaching solution will be presented shortly, along with a new organisation for the club's sporting activities.
Valencia is bottom of the Spanish top division.
