Large volumes of electric cars are now entering the used market. At the same time, demand from private customers is increasing. This is an important explanation for the shift, according to Riddermark Bil.
The statistics refer to cars up to ten years old sold by dealers to private customers.
In April, 8,457 electric cars were sold, almost double the number in the same month last year. This corresponds to 25 percent of the market, according to Riddermark Bil, which cites statistics from Vroom.
The number of used gasoline cars sold in April was 8,276. Diesel cars have slipped to last place.
