Thu 28 May 2026 03:56 CEST

Two men have been killed in a US attack on what the US says was a boat transporting drugs in the eastern Pacific.

It is the second attack of its kind in two days. Nearly 200 people have been killed in similar US strikes since the US began them in September, according to AFP figures.

The US has not presented any evidence that the boats were involved in drug trafficking.
