Copenhagen announces that Denmark will receive equipment from the USA to control and monitor possible drone intrusions into Danish airspace.

The information comes from the Danish Ministry of Defence after drone flights have taken place, among other things, at airports and at military facilities.

"We are grateful that the USA also supports Denmark with anti-drone capabilities in connection with the upcoming meeting."

Denmark is hosting a high-level EU meeting held on Wednesday and Thursday.

Sweden has previously offered support to Denmark.
