USA's President Joe Biden condemns Russia's "terrible" attack on Ukrainian cities and energy systems. But he gives no answers to Ukraine's demands to use American weapons against Russian targets without restrictions.

"I condemn, in the strongest possible terms, Russia's continued war against Ukraine and the attempts to crush the country" emphasizes Biden in a statement and promises:

"The USA will support Ukraine until they (Ukrainians) win".

Strengthen Power Grid

Biden says that the USA, in addition to weapons and military equipment, will also assist Ukraine with equipment and support to repair and strengthen power grids.

Monday's massive attack across Ukraine makes it clear once again, according to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj: that Ukraine must get more long-range weapons and freer hands to use them against targets deep within Russia, against places from which Russian robotic attacks are launched, for example.

"The USA, the UK, France, and others have the opportunity to help us put an end to the terror. We need a decision", says Zelenskyj in a statement.

He emphasizes:

"Those who protect lives should not be restricted by limitations while Russia uses all types of weapons, including Shahed drones and long-range weapons from North Korea".

Develop Own

Meanwhile, Ukraine has made it clear in recent days that it has developed its own long-range weapon called Palianytsia. It is a kind of intermediate between a missile and a drone with a range of 700 kilometers, which can reach up to 20 airbases in Russia.

Defense Minister Rustem Umarov reports that it has already been used and more is coming, in response to Monday's massive Russian attack.

President Zelenskyj wants allies to help shoot down Russian drones and robots with their own capabilities.

"It has apparently worked very well in the Middle East, so it should work well in Europe too.
